Villa Aurora, Stintino, near Alghero, Sardinia
The villa is situated in the "Country Club" Residential Park, a residential area scattered with some very nice villas some 5 km to Stintino village and a few km to Le Tonnare or Le Saline beach, both scenic bordering transparent water.
Le Saline is a white stretch of sand, typical of this region of Sardinia, which has become renowned due to its wild beaches, which unlike the rest of the Mediterranean retain their beauty as they are protected as buildings are not allowed.
These beaches are not private and people can bring their own parasols, there is the occasional kiosk selling fresh drinks and the usual "espresso".
The village, Stintino is a short drive. A panoramic road bordering the sea takes to Stintino's new port, small and picturesque and to the Lungomare Colombo, the local promenade, where a few sea side coffee/bar welcome the visitors with homemade ice creams or fresh croissants and cappuccinos.
Stintino has retains the original charm of an ancient fisherman's village and this creates a relaxing enjoyable astrosphere.
Villa Aurora interiors
This new villa offers comfortable spacious fresh interiors and really attractive views of this special Sardinian corner. There are chestnut ceilings throughout and terracotta flooring, immaculate white washed walls – the ample living room has a double sofa bed and leads onto a shady panoramic patio, which will be the favourite place to relax or have breakfast "al fresco" enjoying the views.
The villa has a well equipped kitchen with hob and large fridge and a collection of new cooking utensils, plates, cups etc.
There are 2 bedrooms. A modern, well built elegant master bedroom with large fresh window with every curtains and the most beautiful view of the sea. There is also a children bedroom with 2 modern bunk beds.
Bathroom with shower over bath. In general the villa gives the feeling of a well-maintained fresh property comfortably and stylish. A lovely place to spend a family holiday or with friends.
