This exclusive villa is situated in the Country Club Residence, a few minutes drive to the beach and the small picturesque village of Stintino.
This area is particularly attractive for the striking wild beauty of the surrounding landscapes and the beaches which are now part of Italy's natural heritage and highly protected. Nature has been particularly generous with Stintino – the is sea is the colour of the most transparrent sapphire and the sand is white: La Pelosa beach and Le Saline frame Stintino. The long Saline Beach is connected to ancient salt pans, which are home to the many elegant pink flamingos during their migrating months.
The Bedrooms
The villa has a total of 3 bedrooms (although the 3rd bedroom could actually sleep 4 people) and 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom and twin bedroom are both situated in the main part of the villa on the ground floor. The third bedroom is situated on the lower ground floor and external stairs lead to it. This is particularly pacious and lovely room with larde king size bed and blue sofa which can be turned into a second double bed. This spacious room, fully air-conditioned, has en-suite bathroom.
The Living Room and the Exterior
The living room is open plan and is furnished with two large comfortable sofas (one of which can be turned into a double sofa bed). There is also a glass dining table. The décor is elegant and modern. This inviting room leads onto a shaded portico and garden, with outdoors furniture to dine “al fresco” and wooden sun lounges to relax in the shade during the hot summer days. There is a sea view from the distance. The garden has scented flowerbeds and a large private pool. The villa is semi-detached but retains its privacy as the garden and the houses are well screened by fences. The garden has a barbecue.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer. It leads onto the terrace. The villa has also a sun terrace with amazing views.
The house will be perfect for a family or friends which must have the comfort of a very modern and perfectly equipped home whilst on holiday.
This villa will offer all the comfort needed, which will contribure to a relaxing holiday.
