Villa Gisella is a new addition to our collection of luxurious villas. Its remarkable interiors and the numerous and spacious rooms make Gisella a very attractive property.
The villa is situated in a peaceful corner of the country club village, surrounded by acres of unspoilt countryside, overlooking from the distance the sea and a salt pan, where in the spring you can admire the rare sight of migrating flamingos!
The interiors have been designed and furnished with great care and attention to detail. The modern, refined taste of the owner has created a light atmosphere perfect for this villa, which overlooks some of the most beautiful coast line of Sardinia.
Villa Gisella has been divided into 2 apartments, which can be rented separately as both have private pools and gardens, or together, creating a remarkably large villa offering maximum space and maximum comfort at the same time.
First floor
The first floor of villa Gisella can be rented separately or together with the ground floor. Both apartments have separate pools so by renting both together the property offers the use of both pools.
The bedrooms are beautiful, consisting on this floor of 1 master bedroom and one bedroom with 2 single beds, and in the spacious lounge there is also a large and very comfortable double sofa bed. The dining area leads onto an external patio furnished with gorgeous black cane chairs and table (which can also be moved to the roof terrace) and equipped with a barbeque. The sea views are majestic.
All the furnishings are new, and the interiors are light, elegant and modern. The kitchen comes with oven, washing machine, and fridge/freezer. There are 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub.
Ground floor
The ground floor apartment is similar in style and structure to the first floor apartment, but it is larger. There are 3 bedrooms – the master bedroom with supplementary single bed, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.
There are two modern and newly fitted bathrooms, and a fully equipped and modern kitchen. The lounge has a wonderfully large and comfortable sofa for relaxing on after your trips to the beach or exploring Sardinia, perfect for enjoying a bottle if wine, and the sofa can even be turned into an extremely comfortable king size bed.
Outside you have the garden and pool, and a comfortable shady terrace – the best possible place for relaxing, reading, or dining al fresco. Children must be supervised on the roof terrace.
The surrounding area is as peaceful as you would hope. There are other houses around but they are unobtrusive. Apart for the residence itself, the area contains unspoilt, uninhabited country side, which could easily remind us of the Costa Nevada in Spain. A very picturesque and rural area.
