Situated in the area of Stintino, which is one of the most unspoilt and charming of Sardinia, Villa Sara is peaceful, set within other villas surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens. Some 5 km to the renowned white beaches of Stintino.
Stintino is a narrow strip of land surrounded on three quarters by water. Transparent and clean the sea harbour beaches of rare beauty. Wild landscapes, white sandy beaches and peaceful surroundings create a relaxing atmosphere. The air is clean and you are never too far from the sea. Occasionally you see flamingos stopping over on there way to Africa.
The village is welcoming – a high street with small shops, boutiques and a quay alongside the sea with white canopy's, bars serving drinks along side the water, excellent fish restaurants and a small pizzeria. A small historic harbour with traditional fishing boats, and a small marina with elegant yachts.
The beach, one of them, La Pelosa, is perfect for swimming also for very young children as it has shallow water, transparent and warm like a pool.
Alghero, the nearest airport is 40 km from the villa.
The villa itself
It is modern and well build surrounded on ¾ by garden – the pool is set to the back, private and large. The villa is semi-detached but it offers a great amount of privacy — as the house next door is set away and it has a private entrance — with bushed and fences creating privacy.
The interiors
- 2 spacious double bedrooms with new comfortable large double beds.
- 2 bathrooms of which one is en-suite. Tall chest nut ceilings.
Open plan living room, with large dining table. Fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher, oven, washing machine. The living room is also equipped with double sofa bed and a single bed. So if necessary the villa can also sleep 7 people. The interiors are fresh, modern, and immaculate.
