Villa Stark is situated in the outskirts of Stintino, on a residential hill overlooking the lake, sea and countryside. The villa is located on the outskirts of the Country Club, the residential village situated only a short 5 minutes drive from Stintino centre and the strikingly beautiful La Pelosa beach.
Villa Stark is a beautiful 2 story semi-detached villa set in a very well tendered garden with its own good-size swimming pool (9x4m). The villa is positioned right at the very front of the county village offering a great deal of privacy. Because of its position the villa boasts delightful and uninterrupted views of the peaceful lake, unspoiled countryside andbright blue sea. The interiors are bright, new, very comfortable, of very high standard, stylish and modern.
On the ground floor the villa is very stylishly decorated with red terracotta floor throughout. It has light white curtains and white washed walls, making the villa very bright and sunny. There is a spacious and light dining room, with 2 beautiful white sofa beds. The living room leads into the terrace, which overlooks the garden and swimming poll, with striking sea, lake and countryside views. The shady terrace is equipped for outdoors dining or relaxing during the hottest hours of the day. It has a stylish dark grey iron table, which can accommodate up to six people. The living room leads into a separate dining room with a dining table for six people. The adjoining new kitchen has modern blue cabinets and modern appliances: Large fridge freezer, in-built washing machine and microwave. There is also a modern white tiled bathroom with shower cubicle.
A few steps lead up to the first floor, which has immaculate white washed walls and red terracotta floor throughout. It also features high ceilings with wooden beams. The double bedroom is the kind you would find in a boutique hotel, wooden beams on the ceiling, dark grey iron frame, double bed with immaculate white covers, overlooking entire sea, lake and countryside. There is also a beautiful twin bedroom with iron beds and terrace overlooking lake. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over bath and beautiful and modern white and red tiles.
