Built in a quiet and private residential area of Cala Di Volpe bay, this very attractive villa has a spectacular view of the sea. It has wooden beamed ceilings and stone floors covered with hand-woven rugs and it is furnished with several antiques.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living/ dining room opening onto large terraces furnished with cushioned cane chairs. From here the unrestricted sea view is simply beautiful!

Good size twin bedroom, master bedroom and bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen corner with dishwasher. Stone steps lead to the cool lower ground floor with small double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Two small single bedrooms. Two spacious bathrooms.
The large shared swimming pool with its 180 sea view adds the finishing touches. Costa Smeralda's most beautiful beaches are just a short distance away and shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
