This beautiful residence immersed in lush greenery amongst olive trees and juniper bushes is a particularly relaxing destination. It is situated in the elegant Cala Capra bay, in peaceful conservation area, 4km from the village of Palau and 40km from Olbia.

Two beautiful sandy beaches are 250 and 400 metres away from the residence. It has its own small private jetty where guests can go by water-taxi to the renowned beaches of the Costa Smeralda and the Maddalena islets. An excursion by boat to the little French islets off the coast of Corsica is another memorable day out and boat hire is available for the more adventurous guest.

The apartments have been built around a huge seawater pool and are hidden away amongst an abundance of rich foliage. There is a good restaurant/pizzeria by the seafront which also functions as a snack bar in the daytime.

Facilities include a diving centre, tennis court, and fishing while horseriding and other sports are available just 1 km away. In the main season there is a mini-club for children aged 6 to 12 years.

Each comfortably furnished apartment has independent entrance, terrace with table and chairs, bathroom with shower, satellite TV, safe, hairdryer and air conditioning in the bedrooms.

PLEASE NOTE: Rates include bed and bath linen (1 set per person per week), gas, water, electricity and final cleaning, excluding the kitchenette, which has to be cleaned by the customer (if not € 30,00 will be deducted from the breakage deposit).

Refundable deposit: €150.00 per apartment to be paid at the arrival.
