Casa Ruja is a superb large apartment with a magnificent and vast sea view in the secluded small resort of Porto Quadro. It is owned by a famous Italian TV director. The sea is just 70 m away and a lovely sandy beach is just a few minutes walk. The picturesque and lively small town of Santa Teresa di Gallura – where you can get ferries across to Corsica and boats to explore the beautiful Maddalena islets -is roughly ten minutes drive away.

One of the most scenic properties in our collection, this spacious two-storey apartment is designed to give the impression of being a boat on the sea. Across one wall is a very large retractable sliding window to maximise the beautiful and unique sea views. There is a large stylish open plan living/dining room with several large comfortable sofas and a large table. The kitchen corner, from where the sea is also visible, is well-equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

A long staircase leads upstairs to the bedrooms. There is a spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony with sea view. There is also an external staircase up the side of the house leading up to a roof terrace with panoramic views. There is a second bathroom with shower and another double bedroom leading out onto a pretty shaded balcony with electric shades. There is another smaller bedroom with a bunk bed of unusual design. All the rooms have ceiling ventilators.
