On entering the drive the dream of the perfect location and setting for serenity becomes obvious. Hidden from the edge of the road, the villa is large, roomy, comforting, yet secluded from the others. The view takes your breath away with ease. As the view makes time seam timeless.
A private pool large enough for the whole family. With the sea yet a drive away. The colours of the landscapes captivating and alluring.
The Villa Itself
You are welcomed by large sliding doors, Mexican style windows shutters. The rooms are extremely well-lit and inviting. Spacious rooms for dining, sleeping, relaxing and entertaining.
There are 2 floors. Each with one bathroom. 2 bedrooms downstairs. The master bedroom upstairs. The highlight has to be awaking to take in the view from your private sunny balcony!
You have to ask yourself, 'why has taken me so long to come here to Sardinia!' If heaven had a name it would be Sardinia. Unlike most places on Earth, the space is plentiful; the landscape is to be admired, the state of mind, priceless. A villa from which truly rule your own kingdom. A villa like the kingdom you have always been waiting for.
We wish to give thanks to Jason Wilson the New Zealand poet, who resided at the villa and kindly captured his thoughts, so that we might understand the magic that awaits us in Sardinia.

A beautiful sandy beach surrounded by tall rocks with fine white sand and shallow water, is a very short drive away. This is really one of the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia. 10 to 15 min drive from here, there is a variety of long winding sandy beaches.
In the proximity of the villa there is a restaurant/ bar and small supermarket and a few shops.
One of Sardinia's most picturesque villages, Santa Teresa is 20 min drive away, this village is renowned for the beaches the small centre with cobbled stones and streets markets.
