The Residence Le Rose is located on a peaceful and panoramic hill overlooking the village of San Teodoro and the white sandy stretch of the unspoilt and renowned La Cinta beach (approx. 5-10 minutes by car). San Teodoro is situated less than half hour drive away from Olbia’s Airport on the North East coast of Sardinia.

The residence consists of 8 apartments with private entrance. Some have charming porches and terraces with ample views of the countryside and the sea. The most striking characteristic of this place is the peaceful surrounding and its privacy. It is a place, which would keep its tranquillity even during the busiest high season.

The residence has enclosed grounds boasting landscaped gardens with Mediterranean “macchia”, flowers and loaned areas for children to play.

All apartments have a double and a twin bedroom and have a nice living room with open plan kitchen and are available with terrace and sea views (ground & first floor) or without terrace (lower ground floor). They have modern, comfortable interiors and are well kept by the caring attention of the owner. The spacious living room with open plan kitchen is equipped with double sofa bed, satellite TV and dining table for four.

The modern kitchen is equipped with microwave, hob, large fridge/freezer and kettle. There is a bathroom with charming blue and white tiles with shower and washing machine.The interiors have a light, Mediterranean feel. The living room leads out onto a charming terrace furnished with cane chairs. A delightful spot to relax.
