Villa del Parco, Pula, Southern Sardinia
This is a superb villa on the south coast of Sardinia, surrounded by mature trees and a private residential park. The villa is situated near the famous Forte Village and is only 50m from the sea – the beautiful long winding sandy beach of Chia.
Just outside the park, within walking distance, is a small centre with shops, supermarket and restaurants. What's more, the lively and interesting tourist centre of Pula is just 5 km away. Cagliari airport is roughly 40 km away.
The villa boasts elegant and comfortable interiors and sleeps five, with two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and two bathrooms. It has a large living room with beautiful fireplace and separate kitchen. There are various terraces with unique sea views and covered outside areas to dine “al fresco”.
