Villa Girasole, Southern Sardinia

Villa Girasole is a charming villa situated in an area of amazing natural beauty, with acres of unspoiled, uninhabited and wild countryside covering gently rolling hills and white sandy beaches.

An area somehow still undiscovered by main tourism. One of 30 other villas, Villa Girasole is part of a very well-kept small residence, enclosed and surrounded only by uninhabited country side overlooking two marvellous unspoiled white sandy beaches. One of which is the picturesque Teuledda beach and the other, renowned in Sardinia for its unspoiled beauty, Chia Beach. Fig trees, palms and scented rosemary bushes and other typical Mediterranean plants are scattered around the scented wild macchia and grow in the garden surrounding the villa.

Villa Girasole is situated some 45 km to Cagliari Airport. BA fly from Cagliari to Gatwick or easyJet from Cagliari to Luton. Alternatively Olbias Airport, in the Northern part of Sardinia is some 2.5 hrs away.

One of the most striking characteristics of Villa Girasole is the beautiful tendered garden with very thick lawn, which surrounds the house. The garden has tall trees and flowers. It is safe for children as it is enclosed. The garden offers a great deal of privacy as it is surrounded by hedges and fences all around. The shaded large terrace is also lovely and will be a perfect spot to relax during the hottest hours of the day. This has a large table for dining outdoors. Adjacent to the terrace is a built in barbeque.

Although semi-detached, the lush vegetation and the fence give complete privacy from the next door house.

The interiors of the villa are modern, light and of high standard. There are a total of 2 bedrooms. The beautiful master bedroom has built in cupboards. Adjacent to this there is another bedroom with bunk beds and 1 single bed. The house has a modern bathroom with shower.

There is a well-built kitchen with a new oven and large fridge/freezer.
