Villa Bianca has been one of the first villas built on this stretch of coastline characterised by transparent waters and a long winding sandy beach bordered by “macchia”, Mediterranean vegetation modelled by the time and the sea breeze. This villa is built in traditional Sardinian style, white washed with large terraces to meet the sea. The villa is one of a few villas which where built within private grounds bordering the beach, with some other villas.

The area is very peaceful and enclosed by electronic gates. The small and lively town of Porto Torres is a short drive away. In Porto Torres one can find interesting shops, a lively promenade and some excellent restaurants. The picturesque and historic town of Alghero is less that 40 km away. Alghero's Fertilia Airport is 40 in car drive away. From Porto Torres there are many ferry boats (Sardinia Ferries and Moby Line) which reach Nice, Marseille or Genova.

The villa is surrounded by gardens and enclosed by white walls. It is on two floors. On the first floor there is a marvellous terrace. Here the views are so suggestive that the terrace seams to touch the sea. The blue of the sky meeting the blue of the sea. The terrace is huge and is really striking. It creates a wonderful Mediterranean corner. It is Sardinia at its best!

On the ground floor another terrace surrounds the house on all sides and leads onto the lush garden.

The villa is simply but very comfortably furnished. Beautiful is the ample living room with a dining table for 12 people and large sofas. This room is a real “family room” rich on objects. On the ground floor the villa has:

Here there is also a kitchen – this is “a little dated” but simply furnished and well equipped. It leads onto the dining room. The kitchen has a hob, fridge, washing machine. On the same floor there is the living room which leads like the dining room onto the shady terrace furnished to relax outdoors.

A set of 15 steps lead to the first floor of the house. On the first floor apart from the wonderful terrace. Here there is a large dining/living room (the furnishing of this room is a little dated but charming. There is a bathroom, a small kitchen.
