It is an end terrace property which is private, peaceful and tucked away.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room leads on to a large private patio which is perfect for children to play or for some outdoor privacy and relaxation. It is surrounded by lush foliage as is this whole area. From the terrace you can enjoy a sea view.
The house is just a three minute walk from a beautiful sandy beach and a pool and tennis courts. A club card can be bought for the pool and tennis courts which will cost £26 pppw.
The house is a short walk to shops and restaurants and a ten minute drive or twenty-five minute walk to the picturesque village of Stintino.
The house and surrounding area is suitable for both families with children or for couples and groups of friends.
