Villa Arianna is an independent villa with swimming pool and 4 bedrooms built in a peaceful location enclosed by a garden with juniper trees. The villa has nice stylish interiors with 4 good size bedrooms. The master bedroom is large with en-suite bathroom. This room leads onto a large shady terrace as well as the private swimming pool. There are two more double bedrooms, two more bathrooms as well as one bedroom with twin beds.

One of the doulbe bedrooms is on the first floor, it has a large panoramic terrace with sea views. All four bedrooms have been newly fitted with air conditioning units. The living room is open plan and leads onto a shady terrace which is decked out with comfortable cane sofas. Dining area is separate and the kitchen is modern and well equipped (microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, washing machine). The villa is also equipped with cot and high chair for a family with a baby. Plasma TV, DVD player.

The villa is walking distance to restaurants, supermarket and a large pool with water slides for children, also a kids club. Stintino village is 5 minutes by car and many renowned local beaches.
La Pelosa, Ezzi Mannu, Ancora, Argentiera, the unspoilt beaches of “Villaggio Nurra” (with amaizing clean water) surrounded by Mediterranean macchia (vegetation) with grazing sheep.These are amongst the beaches one can visit, whilst in Stintino.

Stintino is a real “diners” paradise, a place where fresh, high quality food is at home. Restaurants such as La Pelosetta (situated on La Pelosa beach in a most charming position directly on the edge leading down sandy dunes) are amongst the best but Valentina, La Darsena, Da Lia and Capo Falcone also offer fresh, nice food especially fish specialities and great pizzas! Il Gabbiano Restaurant is built directly on the beach, perfect for dining al “fresco”, whilst the children can have fun playing on the beach.

In Stintino there is an excellent water sports centre (facing the Rocca Ruja Hotel) with English speaking instructors. Surfing, sailing and scuba diving are on offer! (Stintino Water Sport Centre)
The wild unspoilt beauty of Asinara island is another of the main attraction of this special place- it is possible to visit the Island by boat (going on a half day trip) and go swimming
in tourquoise green water of a rare transparency.
In Stintino there is also a modern Tennis Club (in Capo Falcone) open till late at night with instructors.

Finally for the “Italian Experience”, Alghero awaits you with its cobbled narrow lanes, where colourful washing creates cool shadows during hot summer days and at night a variety of markets and restaurants open their doors offering a welcoming atmosphere with nice food. This is also the town of churches and museums, a place where history and tradition meet the eye of the visitor.
