The villa is located just outside the picturesque fishing village of Stintino on the North West Coast. The location is ideal in terms of nearby beaches: among others, 2 km away is Le Saline beach with its exotic multi-coloured shades of sea and 4 km is the renowned La Pelosa beach. The 9-hole Bagaglino golf course is just around the corner.

On the ground floor there is a spacious open-plan living /dining room leading onto the terrace, the garden and the large private pool. The terrace is equipped for enjoying your meals outdoors in the warm summer weather and there are sun loungers around the pool to relax and soak up the sun. The separate kitchen has an electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer and washing machine. There is also a bathroom with shower cubicle.
