Situated in a secluded corner of the Country Club, this villa boasts a private pool surrounded by a lush garden and the ever-present macchia, a forest of scented juniper trees.

The villa has an attractive portico with bougainvilleas growing on its external walls reaching the roof. There is something graceful and private about this villa, tucked away as it is, it is a corner of relaxation, a place to enjoy the surrounding country side.

The villa is semi-detached, but the nearby villa is screened by garden.

Inside there are 2 bedrooms and another is on the mezzanine level, above the living room, which boasts tall ceiling beautifully fitted with chestnut wood. The living room has a sofa bed.

On the ground floor we find also the fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms of which one has shower fitted over the bathtub.

The most attractive corner of the villa will be the shady portico with the open views of the country side, leading onto the garden and the pool. The portico is furnished to dine “al fresco” and it has a barbeque.

There is a private parking.

Stintino

The village of Stintino is not far from villa Guastalla, some 5-10 min drive. The nearby beaches are very lovely. Le Tonnare is less known, tucked away beyond the Hotel/Club le Tonnare is a beach with nice bar and white sand.

“Le Saline is really beautiful” but sometime it is covered with algae which may make it less pleasant. On this beach one can hire parasols and sun loungers. Both Le Tonnare and Le Saline are 2 min drive from Villa Guastalla.

The “queen” of the local beaches is “La Pelosa” splendid, bordering emerald green water. A pleasure for the eyes, splendid for children who can play safely in the warm transparent shallow water. In the summer parking is not free but it is not too expensive. On this beach there is a nice restaurant “La Pelosetta” offering great food, ice creams and best café all day.

Another attraction of these beaches is the windsurfing, scuba diving centre, www.windsurfingcenterstintino.com. This organizes excursion to the nearby nation park of Asinara but also classes for children with English speaking personnel.

Stintino is a peaceful village with the best restaurants/ food is here still a tradition and it is served and prepared with care.
