This villa benefits from a ample view of the coastline from the distance and it has a peaceful charming garden scattered with flower, bougainvilleas and fragrant bushes. It is surrounded by a well tendered, landscaped garden.
The villa is comfortable and suitable for families or a group of friends.
The interiors:
On ground floor, there is a bedroom with bunk beds, living room and fully equipped kitchen.
There are 2 more bedrooms – a double and a twin, 2 bathrooms with shower, there is also another bedroom — this has a double sofa bed — the room is a few steps away from the living room tucked away but instead of a door it has a curtain.
The villa is part of the "Country Club Resort" built just outside Stintino village, bordering a lake and overlooking the white beaches renowned for their unspoilt charm and for having transparent sea water.
The closest beach is 4 km away, Stintino 7 km and Alghero Airport 40 Km.
