This charming villa surrounded by private garden is set within a private and beautiful location, a place which will please people who enjoy nature and the unique traits of Mediterranen surrounding.

The villa has to one side open views of the sea. The villa's grounds skirt a private road and to the other side there is a hill rolling down creating ample sea views and stricking landscapes. Fishermen and people who like trekking walk on a narrow path that reaches  the sea.

The villa is child-friendly (we can also provide cots and high chairs). The kitchen is well equipped (washing machine, hob, microwave, toaster, etc.). The villa has a built-in barbeque, private parking for 2/3 cars, DVD player, TV, CD player.

One of the bathrooms is en-suite. The other has a shower.

The large open plan living room leads onto a large shady panoramic terrace with round table and cain chairs, to the garden and the pool.

From the villa you can enjoy the view from the whole coastline – the sea, the salt pan – the white beach "LE Saline" and countryside covered with "macchi".

Stintino is simply charming – a traditional village built between the old port where you can find the traditionan fishermen vassels and the marina boasting large yachts mooring along side the promenade. Most importantly, people who like Mediterranen food will find that here there are many restaurnats where quality and service excel.

For scuba divers, wind surfers, chidren who would like to get into watersports, there are professional centres. Superb beaches with tranparent shallow water make this area for Sardina more than welcoming – indeed a place to return to.
