Villa Libeccio, Stintino, near Alghero, Sardinia

Villa Libeccio is situated in a peaceful location immersed in shady gardens, across the road from the white sandy 'Gabbiano beach', and not far from the renowned 'Le Pelosa Beach', both with crystal clear waters.
A short drive to the picturesque village of Stintino but only across the road from ‘Gabbiano Restaurant’ which is situated directly on the beach. This restaurant will be the perfect place to dine for families with children who can play freely on the beach. Near the villa there is also a shady, fully stocked Cafeteria (also on the beach), and a wind surfing and diving centre, with English speaking instructors. Very attractive is the sports centre nearby (racket courts and swimming).
The area is protected by building restrictions and therefore the villa is camouflaged within thick vegetation. The villa sleeps 8, but could easily accommodate 2 more people in the very spacious lounge. It is separated into 2 levels; it has 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
2 of the bedrooms are on ground floor, a wooden spiral staircase leads to the first floor where we find a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. On the same floor there is a small twin bedroom.
Whilst the villa's ground floor is child friendly, we do not recommend that toddlers have access to the second floor due to the spiral stairs leading to the second floor. Be aware that one of the bathrooms upstairs has a low window.
The villas lounge is very spacious, it leads onto the expansive and shady outside terrace area, fully furnished with BBQ, and comfortable sofa's and seating arrangements, perfect for those summer evenings and relaxing afternoon siesta's, and occasional BBQ/alfresco dining. The terrace is nestled away by private garden, adding to the ambience of the location. All and all a perfect place for a family or group of friends.
