Villa Lisa, Stintino, near Alghero, Sardinia
Villa Lisa is an elegant, new villa with a lush garden with mature trees and tick, fragrant bushes. This together with the pool creates a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere.
The interiors are stylish and very comfortable. There is an elegant ample living room with many sofas and a glass dining table. Overlooking the living room on one corner of the room there is a split level furnished with a new and comfortable double sofa bed.
There are a total of 3 bedrooms of which the elegant master bedroom is the largest and has direct access to the garden and the shady patio, 2 more twin bedrooms which can become double bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
The villa is situated in a peaceful corner of the Country Club, an extensive residential area surrounded by picturesque, unspoilt nature overlooking the beach and a salt pan, where in the summer and spring one can admire migrating flamingos, stopping over on the way to Africa.
Also visible in the distance the large island of Asinara, which creates Italy's most famous and unspoilt Maritime Reserve, a large area which boasts marvellous white beaches and transparent, turquoise sea.
The nearest village is Stintino, small and very authentic, a tranquil, traditional village with lots of excellent restaurant, offering great food and friendly high standard service. The beaches are a short drive away.
The Country Club has one or 2 restaurants and a shop, but also waterslides for the fun of the youngest guests. This area of the Country Club can be reached by foot from the villa (maybe some 10 min walk).
