On the upper floor is an open plan living room with comfortable sitting area around a corner fire place and modern kitchen fully equipped (oven, dishwasher microwave etc). On the same floor a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This open plane space opens onto the shady terrace overlooking the pool area.

On lower ground, another small kitchen plus 3 beautiful bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The villa, in addition to offering a lot of comfort, will delight guests with a sense of great privacy.

The house is perfect in every detail offering home to home comfort and is perfect for a family or two. The swimming pool is not fenced and therefore young children must be always supervised.

Alghero’s old town with its maze of cobbled lanes and ancient Medieval walls skirting the emerald sea, is a short drive away. It will delight its visitors with nice café and excellent restaurants and its busy street markets or simply surprise with the amazing beauty of its silent squares just after lunch, when the town is deserted.

Alghero in addition to the historical centre, which is the most picturesque of the whole island, also has a multitude of beautiful beaches starting from the “Lido”, which can be reached on foot from old town to the white beach called “Bombarde” with emerald water and “Lazzaretto beach” the most secluded beach with water as transparent as a swimming pool. La Speranza on the way to Bosa creates a natural harbor enclosed by hills covered with low bush and has golden soft sand and Porto Ferro is a surfer’s paradise!
