A villa among the most charming of Alghero. Located a few kilometers from the sea, the villa enjoys a wonderful view from the garden, the ample private grounds and from its panoramic first floor terrace. Built by an old aristocratic family, only part of the villa is "for rent". From the villa’s terrace and grounds one can admire the mighty view of Capo Caccia. From the distance it feels as one could touch it!

Protected by sand-colored walls, resembling Arabic and Spanish architecture, an internal patio welcomes the guests. Here the villa’s owner, a Vet with a fine heart and caring personality, who’s hobby is gardening, has planted pots with lemon trees and a climbing plant with sweet smelling white flowers that provides shade during the hot days of summer to a large table creating a perfect area for barbecues and unforgettable al fresco dining.

Summers are long in Alghero, they begin in April and sometime last till end of November! The large gas heated barbeque is for sure going to be used as much or more as the kitchen inside the villa!

The rooms are spacious and bright with high ceilings and from all the windows you can admire the sea.

A beautiful terracotta floor and art deco lamps create a stylish atmosphere.
The living room is of generous size adjacent to the kitchen which comes with everything is needed for cooking or entertaining – so fully equipped with oven, refrigerator – large freezer and a professional espresso machine!

Antique sideboard and dining table and wooden chairs furnish the dining corner to remind us of the traditional somber Sardinian style. Corner sofa and arm chairs with TV, DVD.
The villa has a grace and beauty which create a magic atmosphere - the secluded wonderful terrace equipped with sunshade and chairs for sunbathing, as well as the peaceful presence of the ancient quaint olive groves, fragrant wisteria, the orange trees offer a chance to relax in perfect harmony.

The old town and beautiful beaches of white sand are just a few kilometres from here, so is the airport, the tennis club, golf course, and the "Ragnatele" a playground for older kids where they can climb from tree to tree in a safe environment!
The closest restaurant is 3 km, bars, pizzerias also. The town market of fruit and fresh produce and the renowned fish market open every day from 7 am is also about 5 km or less. So it would be possible to bike or drive to town.
