Villa Salina is a detached villa situated in a quiet area of the villa’s resort called Country Paradise, located only 3 km from the striking Le Saline Beach, a white stretch of sand and rounded pebbles skirting the most transparent emerald sea. The villa was recently renovated, it is a simple but comfortable villa that has ample, breath taking views over the whole golf and the white shores, protected by severe building regulations border Mediterranean bush so typical of Sardinia, made of juniper trees, lentischio bushes, wild olive trees, no house on view apart from the silhouette of the old tuna factory made of local dark slate.

Hectares of unspoilt country side border the residential villas resort and the salt pan where one can watch the elegant silhouettes of pink flamingo who stop here on their way to Africa.

The villa has spacious 4 double bedrooms (2 with double beds and 2 with twin beds) and 4 bathrooms. The kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave, toaster, kettle etc. The living room has lots of light and sea views. On one corner there are comfortable sofas and breakfast table. The living room leads through large French windows to the patio where there is a barbeque corner.

A large shady portico will be the perfect day to relax or for outdoor dining and barbequing! The pool 8 m x 5 m x 1.5 m is equipped with sun loungers – in the distance one can admire the view of the sea. From the villa it is possible to walk to a well-stocked supermarket, restaurant a panoramic café bar to have breakfast and a few small boutiques and a pizzeria. At night there is also entertainments for children.

The nearby Le Saline beach is remarkable as it has a wild feel about it, nature lovers will fall in love with it! A long strip of sand and white pebbles (small and rounded they are pleasant to the feet) made of salt as here were the old salt caves! On Le Saline beach one finds two beach kiosks offering drinks and snacks and a wind surfing school. No houses are built along these kilometres long shores.

The wild nature of Stintino and the beautiful beaches with clean water but also the charm of the old fishing village offering many excellent restaurants we are sure to conquer the visitors! Many of these restaurants like Il Gabbiano are situated directly on the beach so families with children can enjoy “al fresco dinners“ whilst the children play on the beach...

Besides the beauty of the impervious nature Stintino and the exquisite food (blue lobsters are at home here!) Stintino doubles as a departure point for excursions to Asinara Italy’s best knows maritime park less than an hour away from Stintino. With beaches that resemble those of The Caribbean these wild shores totally unspoiled offer beautiful hours of relaxation. Local guides take the visitors to view the wildlife of the place such as white donkeys and many other animals that are protected here.

For lovers of water sports in Stintino there are sailing schools, PADI centres for those who want to do scuba diving and/or snorkelling and wind surfing as well as kite.
