Villa Sardinia is situated in the outskirts of Stintino, on a residential hill overlooking the lake, sea and countryside. The villa is an attractive two story detached villa in its own garden with private pool overlooking the countryside and, in the distance, the sea, and is located in the Country Club and residential village, only a short 5 minutes drive from Stintino centre and the strikingly beautiful La Pelosa beach.
The villa is subdivided into 2 separate apartments joined together by an external staircase, and has immaculate modern interiors, and spacious rooms with an elegant lounge downstairs and a large living room upstairs, as well as two fully equipped kitchens.
There are 5 spacious and airy bedrooms, of which three are doubles, with white washed walls and tall chestnut ceilings. There are 4 modern bathrooms with showers (one also has a bathtub, one bathroom is en-suite).
For dining and relaxing outdoors the villa has a shaded veranda overlooking the swimming pool, a large balcony on the first floor with ample sea views, which leads to the panoramic roof terrace.
We would recommend this house for people that care particularly for comfort.
The setting of this villa is particularly attractive and peaceful – its large garden will be perfect for children to play as it very specious bordering fragrant bushes. To the back of the villa, there is open country side. The more adventurous will be able to follow a steep narrow path to reach the sea.
