The apartment is located within a large luxury villa with its own grounds leading directly to a private sandy cove and private pier, the villa is encompassed within its own well kept gardens.

The extraordinary location of the house, which enjoys total privacy, built in the early 70's on a strip of land facing the sea between the beach of Saline and the picturesque village of Stintino. The entire building is within its own private park. All building elements are made using natural materials such as granite stones and Juniper wood found locally.

The interiors have white washed walls as do most mediterrainenan walls made from local stone.

The floors are terracotta, the ceilings show wooden beams of juniper. This all contributes to create an environment in harmony with nature, yet sophisticated in terms of architecture. All this with the beach nearby. The villa has private parking and comes with linen.

The house is on one level to the ground floor and consists of:

• Living room furnished with two sofas and a dining table
• Kitchen
• Two double bedrooms (one with an adjoining bedroom with two single beds)
• Two bathrooms finished in mosaic sinks with shower
• Equipped with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, ceiling fan, digital TV

Guests have a private veranda overlooking the sea with a stone table for pleasant outdoor dining and direct access to the sea and the pier. The house is equipped with bed and bath linen.
