We highly recommend this delightful two-bedroom apartment. It is perfect for golf enthusiasts as it boasts stunning views from its terrace of the world-renowned Pevero Golf Course in Costa Smeralda as well as of the beautiful crystal clear Sardinian Sea.

It is a ground floor apartment situated in a two storey house camouflaged by greenery and flowers. It is built on the corner end of a small cluster of apartments overlooking the golf course. It is very tranquil, private and secluded as the neighbouring accommodation is on one side only and this is not visible from the apartment's large private terrace.

The apartment, belonging to an avid golfer, has immaculate well cared for interiors. The large open-plan living room is very comfortable with a stylish coffee table and sofa and a separate dining area with table for 4-5. The pretty mantelpiece is decorated with the owner's own golfing trophies.

The living room leads out onto the large terrace equipped with table, chairs and sunloungers in which to enjoy the sweeping views of the sea and the golf course. Both the double bedrooms have good-sized comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms. The separate kitchen is well equipped and the apartment has both washing machine and dishwasher.

Although in a lovely, secluded area, many of the Costa Smeralda's most beautiful beaches are nearby. The clubhouse has a well-stocked bar and its excellent restaurant, La Terrazza, is just a short walk away, providing impeccable service and Mediterranean cuisine of the highest calibre as well as a superb view of the course.
