It is situated on the first floor of a small group of terraced houses, very private; it looks to one side at the sea in the distance and to the other to the granite rocks of Gallura.

Its position is very picturesque, but only a short walk to the village centre with a few restaurants and shops and only a short drive to the most beautiful beaches of Costa Smeralda, the long winding sandy “Long beach”, some few minutes car drive away, La Celvia, maybe the most beautiful of all local beaches and the renewed La Spiaggia del Principe. Abbiadori is a small village surrounded by country side situated 5 min drive away from Porto Cervo.

The apartment has its own private entrance and a large terrace to enjoy the picturesque views.

The apartment is new and has elegant furniture and it is equipped to offer every comfort. It has spacious an airy bedroom with white washed walls and a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, TV and a single sofa chairs. Next to the bedroom is a bathroom with shower. The open plan living room has been divided in a living area with white sofa (which could also be used as sofa beds). The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen area, a fully furnished kitchen with a smog oven and cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large fridge/freezer. The caring owner has equipped the apartment with a variety of useful kitchen utensils.

The living room leads onto a lovely terrace. The apartment has a very special, relaxing atmosphere and it will certainly be greatly appreciated by people that look for a great deal of comfort. It could be perfect for a couple or a small family or a group of friends.
