Please note: Although young children need adult supervision anywhere, especially where pools are concerned, we trust that these villas, are more suitable for families with small children. We can give you personal advice about each individual property.

Villa Letizia, Porto Rafael, Costa Smeralda, Sardinia
The villa is located inside an estate of 12 acres, private access to the beach through an 8 minutes’ walk. Swimming pool. Covered parking.
The furnishings are practical and comfortable. There is a large open space which comprises the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The first bedroom has queen size bed and bathroom in the main part of the house. Three extra bedrooms are located right next to the house; two with queen size beds and one with 3 single beds, each one has an independent access and bathroom. A beautiful garden with lawn surrounding the house, and has great views of the coast.
At disposal telephone, satellite TV, washing machine, dish washer, linen and towels (not for the beach).
