The villa is only available in July and August for the full month,
in September the villa can be rented weekly.
Ground Floor: 5 bedrooms of which 2 twin and 3 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms.
On the lower ground floor, there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (could be used also for personnel).
Open plan lounge with fire place – the style is "grand" but modern with an eclectic choice of Décor and furniture.
Here we can find Plasma TV, a great Hi-Fi system, Internet connection, DVD players.
Separate Dining Room. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads onto an external dining area with round table for 12 and external cooking facilities. Various terraces create shady relaxing corner.
The external lounge with large confortable sitting creates a wonderful corner – from here you enjoy sea views and the garden, which is landscaped and has flowers and Mediterranen trees. There are 2 pools – a large pool and a smaller for children.
Enclosed and gated, the villa is an oasis of peace with a hint luxury never far away.
