A lot of privacy and a peaceful setting both characterize Villa Lily, a charming villa hiding amongst Mediterranean gardens overlooking the beach from the distance. La Celvia Beach is a secluded white beach hidden beyond shrubs and low Mediterranean bushes and juniper trees. A long white stretch of sand and emerald green water, shallow and transparent, partially skirting rounded granite stones forged by time and wind. A truly delightful spot of the glamourous Costa Smeralda.

From the villa it is easy to walk down the narrow lanes that lead to the beach and on the beach it is possible to hire a parasol and beach loungers.

The villa was built by one of the masters of Mediterranean architecture Mr Couelle who gave this area a particular style. He designed villas fitting in an un- intrusive manner on these wild shores of Sardinia and amongst the lush vegetation and the barren beaches. Using indigenous materials, the beautiful juniper trees with its seducing scent, the dark smooth terracotta tiles or sand coloured granite stones for the floors, white washed walls, dark simple furniture or white washed wood, simple fireplaces so materials and forms, which resembled somehow the shapes and the colours of the surrounding nature which here is so attractive, untamed, the smell of saltwater and the colours of the sea never too far.

The villa consists of a Main House and an annex, which is a small independent building in the garden.

The main house includes a living room with separate breakfast area and boasts a relaxing lounging area around the charming fire place.

 This room leads onto the shady relaxing terrace area, furnished for outdoor living with sofas and with an outdoor dining area for wonderful candle lit dinners and breakfast with a view as from the terrace there are breath-taking views of the sea.

 Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms. The two master bedrooms also have access to the garden: one directly, the other by a terrace and its stone staircase.

A third double room, this has a private bathroom but not en-suite, yet adjoining and it has sea views.

However, there is also an additional bathroom not connected to any bedroom, for the use by non-resident guests.

Then there is the kitchen with outdoor barbecue area with large granite table and bench, connected with another double bedroom (with en-suite) for personnel. Separate laundry room.

The annex enveloped by the lash garden has a large open space area of about 40 square meters divided in a sleeping area with double bed and a lounging area which comes with sofa bed for an adult and a child. Private bathroom.

 Regarding internet access, the villa is served with fast mobile broadband.

The rental cost of this villa is from €450 per day in low season to €1,500 per day in high season.
