Villa Pineta, San Pantaleo, Costa Smeralda, Sardinia

This is a well-decorated semi-detached villa next door to Villa Smeralda. Villa Pineta's privileged and picturesque hilltop location offers truly spectacular views and wild unspoilt landscapes. It also has a panoramic view of the bay, the coastline and the beautifully crystal clear Sardinian waters.

The villa is surrounded by beautiful gardens with well-tended laws filled with flowers and fruit and olive trees. There is also a pine grove, which provides a welcoming coolness and shade in the hottest hours of the day.

The large, well-furnished villa on three levels has terracotta flooring throughout and is composed of 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a laundry room and various terrace areas to dine in as well as a separate dining area inside.

The two comfortable lounges, one with corner fireplace and one with satellite TV are located on the ground floor and there is a separate dining area with a large wooden table. There is a master bedroom with a large fitted wardrobe and a smaller twin bedroom; each has a separate bathroom. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and steps leading down to the lower ground floor where there is a laundry room with washing machine and iron and a large ventilated double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Outside there is a barbecue area and there are external steps leading up to the top floor which has another double/twin bedroom with low beds, an en-suite bathroom and a mini-kitchenette with small fridge. One of the most striking features of this villa is the very large upstairs veranda with table and chairs that offers truly enchanting sea views. We would recommend Villa Pineta for families with children but we advise that the bedroom on the upstairs level would suit teenagers but not young children.

For larger groups Villa Smeralda can be rented together with Villa Pineta but both have their own independent entrances and private areas.
