This lovely semi-detached villa in San Pantaleo on the Costa Smeralda sits 1 km from the crystal clear waters with spectacular open views of the entire coastline. There is a separate dining area with a large wooden table and lovely views out onto the lawns and the sea. There is a separate second lounge with comfortable sofas and a corner fireplace. In a separate area of the ground floor there is a master bedroom with fireplace, large wardrobe and en-suite bathroom and a smaller twin bedroom with separate bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and fridge. The lovely terrace, covered with trellises and furnished to dine al fresco, has sea views and overlooks the well-tended lawns and gardens which are also equipped with sun loungers. There is also a barbecue area.

Steps lead down to the lower ground level where there is a separate laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The room is equipped with a ventilator.

There is also an upper level, which you reach via an external staircase. There is a fantastic large veranda equipped with table and chairs that boasts stunning and extensive views of the countryside and coastline. Inside, there is a double/twin bedroom with low beds and an en-suite shower room and a small kitchenette. This room is suitable for adults or teenagers but not for children.

For larger groups the neighbouring attached property, Villa Pineta can be rented as well although each private villa is completely independent from the other one.
