A villa of a pure, rare beauty refurbished to a high standard located in the village of Porto Rafael on the Northern corner of the Costa Smeralda, which has always been a favourite spot of international jet set and of those who wish to relax in idyllic hideaways, undisturbed in a place where privacy comes first!

Untamed Mediterranean nature, the fragrant macchia, the indigenous bush growing alongside these coastlines, opens like a green shell on pearl white soft sand and transparent emerald sea. The village with a handful of excellent restaurants and its "historic" deli, has a lively square, which greets its visitors with huge parasols giving shade to pretty typical sophisticated café tables. The perfect spot for a glamorous aperitif or a quite lunch!

Beautiful and modern, the villa has tall top to floor windows creating continuity between outdoor and indoor, protected from the sun by porticos covered with reeds and juniper beams - the rooms are airy and stylish, with elegant parquet flooring throughout.

The infinity pool (100 m²) overlooks the sea and the whole bay. At night the bay is filled with the soft lights of the yachts that come to moor to spend the night. The newly refurbished kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The living room is elegant and stylish, developing around the fireplace large sofas creating the most comfortable setting for relaxation. The living room opens onto the most stunning terrace with sea views, furnished for relaxing, lounging outdoor on soft sofas.

Finally the villa is surrounded by a large garden (3000 m²) planted with plants typical of these coasts of the Mediterranean: olive trees and junipers, palm trees, flowers and evergreen shrubs resistant to the hot summers and the winds in winter and to salt air.
