This delightful two-bedroom apartment is situated in the charming village of Cannigione, within walking distance of the beach and the many bars, cafes, shops, boutiques and supermarkets that Cannigione has to offer.

The marina and port offer a delightful selection of restaurants, gelaterie and pizzeria. Boat trips to the picturesque local islands are available from the marina and the beaches. It is a great place for water sports, scuba diving, restaurants and caf bars. With children in mind, the beaches gently slope into the crystal clear sea.

The house has a garden with two large terraces in the front and one small terrace at the back. The garden is gated and has a barbeque and shower. It is lawned and walled making it very child-friendly. Features of the terraces are a large dining table with 6 dining chairs, a sofa, 2 sun loungers, 2 deck chairs and a small coffee table for the summer evenings outside. The front terrace and garden at the bottom of the hill has views of the port.

The living room is spacious and has a modern kitchenette at one end, consisting of dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. There is a small breakfast table for four, a sideboard, a large double sofa bed that comfortably sleeps 2, a coffee table, a colour TV, a CD player and a radio. The living room leads into a small hallway with a door onto the back terrace with views over the fields and mountains.

The Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has French doors leading onto the front terrace. The second room is a double or twin bedroom. This overlooks the mountains and fields. A travel cot and baby monitor are also available on request. There is also a second bathroom with washing machine and hairdryer.

We highly recommend this charming apartment for a family or for 2 couples as it is situated in the popular Cannigione within walking distance of all the attractions: the beach is either a two-minute drive or twelve-minute walk. The port has some good bars and restaurants and the shops are within a five-minute walk. The renowned Costa Smeralda is just a short drive away as is Palau.
