Villa’s Blue Bay imposing gardens and main building greet the visitors with an unforgettable view and the impression to be suspended between sky and sea. The views of the villa are so charming, one feels he can touch the emerald green water and the dark shade of Tavolara island emerging from the sea like a post card. The villa is situated about 1 km from the sea and the local beaches are part of the protected Marine area of Tavolara- Cape Coda Cavallo a gathering of white beaches with transparent clean sea, sandy coves, juniper trees woods, wild walks amongst narrow dunes and places to admire pink flamingos migrating to Africa. Kept by strong protection laws this beaches have maintained their unspoilt beauty!

The villa grants total privacy and silence. A large and sea-panoramic pool of 160 sqm - with an annexed Jacuzzi pool dominate the views of the coastline. In front of the pool the island of Tavolara emerges from the sea creating a dark shadow which at sunset has intense colours of purple and red.

The villas interiors are well furnished with elegance and original antiques and artistic touches and modern art. There is air-conditioning in all bedrooms on the ground floor, internet Wi-Fi connection available everywhere inside the villa, telephone and fax in the study room, Sky TV and DVD in the TV room.

Ground floor: spacious living room which is directly taking to a terrace of about 100 sqm, dining room, a full equipped kitchen, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with bath tub and shower, master bedroom with en suite bathroom with a large bath tub and a shower room, TV room, study room with computer, internet, telephone, fax and sea views.

Lower ground floor: 1 twin bedroom with en-suite, 1 spacious double bedroom with en suite bathroom. The bedrooms are well lit and welcoming. Play room with ping pong table, table football and a selection of retro arcade games.

A spacious patio which covers the whole front view of the villa is furnished on one side with sofas e chairs and on the other side with a table for 10 people, here dinner can be served and enjoyed looking at the sea from the distance.

Laundry room is also to be found on the ground floor.

4 hours daily maid service, for breakfast preparation and cleaning six days a week is available.

The maid together with the gardener live in an separate apartment in the area below the pool which will not disturb the privacy of the guests.
