A simple but welcoming home for a holiday full of sun and sea close to one of the most beautiful beaches of this coast a long beach of fine sand and soft white sea bed. On one side of the beach a pinewood to find shade on the hottest days and a beautiful restaurant of excellent quality. The house is located approx. 500 m from the beach and is part of a group of new houses. The nearest village is about 2.5 km from here. The airport is 30 km.

Villetta Margherita is built within it's own small garden and has a private pool with sea views from the distance.

2 bedrooms of which one is double and one twin. Bathroom with shower, open plan living room with kitchen corner and sofa which could be turned onto a double bed. Outdoor porch overlooking the swimming pool with barbeque area.

The swimming pool is not fenced so young children will need supervision!
