Villa Alice is a large contemporary villa, welcoming with "home to home comfort" only a few metres from a fine sandy beach in South Sardinia in the Costa Rei/Villasimius area, about 40 km to the airport of Cagliari.

The spacious villa is divided in 2 parts:
A ground floor and first floor apartment both with separate entrance leading onto the villa’s lush garden. The first floor apartment is bigger than the ground floor, it sleeps at least 8 people: 2 double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a bunk bedded bedroom. Two modern bathrooms. A beautifully fitted living room with corner fire place and very comfortable lounging area. The kitchen is very well equipped with stylish appliances - oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer.

Outdoors there is shady terrace with breakfast table to relax or enjoy "al fresco suppers".

The villa can be rented separately so either the first floor (sleeps 8) or the ground floor sleep (4+2) Or as a whole unit. It is indeed perfect for large families with children as it sleeps 12–14 people.

The ground floor is also very lovely with comfortable living room with white sofas, nice modern kitchen, fully equipped and 2 bedrooms (a double bedroom and a twin bedroom). It can sleep up to 6 people as there is a sofa bed in the lounge. This area of the villa also has the benefit of a large shady portico for outdoor living.

The villa’s swimming pool (one of the few that can be heated) measures 6m x 3m and is 1.2m deep.

Villa Alice is enclosed by a 2,000 m2 garden with tall mature trees creating many shady areas to relax and ideal for young children as there are also many garden toys (dolls house, swings etc). Amongst the trees it is possible to discover the sea ( and the sun set!). The villa comes fully equipped with linen (pool maintenance and gardening are taken care of by professionals.)

The villa’s position is very charming also the location a gathering of very nice villas hiding amongst gardens in one of the most striking areas of South Sardinia, the beaches almost of tropical beauty. Nearby the protected maritime Area of Capo Carbonara, which has kept the coastline unspoiled...

White beaches, transparent sea and low bushes but also palm trees create a peaceful Mediterranean atmosphere dreamy and relaxing.

The nearest village has excellent restaurants, several café, bars and for evening strolls and shopping a large pedestrianized area with small shops, boutiques etc.
