Villa Is Molas, Pula, Southern Sardinia
A very peaceful location and stylish interiors characterise this wonderful Mediterranean villa, which is air conditioned throughout. A landscaped garden with lemon, orange and palm trees surrounds the villa. A very large private pool with Roman steps, surrounded by tall hedges and palms, fills almost the whole of the ample back patio and gives this marvellous spot great privacy.
On the ground floor of the villa there is an airy living room with large French windows that take up the length of the room. The dcor in this room is very elegant with large white sofas and a precious antique chestnut table for up to 10 people to dine. This room has a TV and DVD player and it leads out onto a large patio, which is richly furnished with sofas and a large table and sun loungers. Long white curtains encircle the patio ensuring that during the hot siesta hours this area remains cool and pleasant. It is a lovely spot from which to enjoy the view of the sea in the distance.
The marvellous kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer with an ice-crusher. There are also separate sleeping quarters with a very comfortable cool twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The master bedroom with en-suite washroom and a second twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with shower are all upstairs. The twin bedroom boasts lovely views of the sea in the background.
The villa is located some five minutes drive away from the long winding sandy beach of Nora is just around the corner from the renowned 27-hole Is Molas Golf Course. Due to the mildness of the climate of this part of Sardinia and the fact that the villa is heated, this very special place can be enjoyed almost anytime of the year.
