New to our villa's collection, this large one story villa perfect for a large family with children. This house is situated in a small village bordering a long winding beach.
A short comfortable walk takes to the beach but also to a few neighbouring restaurants and small shops. We recommend this large villa for people with children, who will welcome the fact that is is so close to the sea.
The villa has comfortable interiors with a very spacious airy lounge, 5 bedrooms (4 can become double) and 5 bathrooms.
The kitchen if fully equipped with oven and microwave and large fridge freezer but no dishwasher. The villa is surrounded by enclosed garden.
Villa Nettuno will be the perfect house for a holiday from early in the year as the South of Sardinia has remarkably high temperatures already in April/May till late October.
