“Villa Pavone”, is a modern villa surrounded by private garden and set on 3 levels with great country and sea views, protected by rolling hills to the back.
The master bedroom being spacious and stylish, complete with private bathroom and a terrace is situated on the first floor. The terrace, romantic and so scenic will be for sure one of the biggest attractions of this luxurious Mediterranean villa.
The villas second bathroom is on the ground floor where we can also find the stylish living room. 2 more bedrooms are situated on the lower ground floor – an elegant double bedroom and a twin bedroom which can be turned into a double. (Families with toddlers may find this set up a little inconvenient as they would have to go up one set of stairs to use the bathroom).
Villa Pavone (Peacock) has a modern open plan living area, complete with white sofas, dining area, and a very spacious fully equipped kitchen. This comes equipped with large fridge freezer, electric espresso machine, and dishwasher.
Great view from the villa with the sliding glass doors leading to the private pool (8 × 6 × 1.5 m) and gardens, and large patio/outdoor seating area, from both the lounge and kitchen.
