An unusually modern and stylish villa created to enjoy the amazing beauty of this coastline renowned for the white sandy dunes and the multitude of long and winding sandy beaches.
The villa boasts a marvellous position, with a small beach being less than 100 metres away. With the village less than 5 minutes by car, with another marvellous beach nearby, this beach has a magnificent stretch of soft white sand on the end of the water.
The villa is a new build – with no expense spared – the attention to detail being second to none. It has a modern style with airy rooms and large, dynamic large open plan living room complete with tall enticing ceiling.

- The ample terrace facing the sea with access to its own garden creates a real oasis of peace and beauty. The Mediterranean could not be closer!

- Within the villas grounds opposite the main building is a separate outhouse with its own identity (a modern and independent studio for 2) complete with one more double bedroom and en-suite bathroom (also small kitchenette).
Although semi-detached, the villa offers great privacy and it is built in a very peaceful secluded location, merely a short drive to amenities and 30 minutes' drive to the main airport of Cagliari.
The villa is air conditioned, with a fully equipped modern kitchen (with dishwasher and oven).
The villa is built back from a small cliff, with magnificent sea views all around – your safety can be well assured as the villa has a secure, high fence separating it from your villa, creating a safe and secure environment for children – even so we would always advise families with very young children to supervise them while they were in the grounds and garden.
