Villa Malva, Tuscany, Italy
Villa Malva is a large secluded villa that has been fully restored whilst retaining all its old features such as chestnut beams, large stone fireplaces, terracotta floors and whitewashed walls.
It is situated just outside Botro Farm, a mere two-minute walk away and it has fantastic views overlooking an idyllic and peaceful landscape.
A very spacious external terracotta patio equipped with outdoor furniture and parasols perfect for dining al fresco leads to the spacious ground floor. This consists of a simple but fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room with a table big enough to fit eight people around.
There is also a separate living room with a wonderful old fireplace in the typical Tuscan style, which can also be used as a barbecue. The living room also has two single beds and a second bathroom. All the rooms are spacious and simply furnished.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with en-suite shower/WC. There is also a larger bedroom with three single beds and a second bathroom. Each bedroom has a beautiful view over the valley below, and most rooms have balconies.
The guests of the villa have shared use of the swimming pool, which is a two-minute walk away.
