Stunning large top floor flat occupying the third floor of a secluded house, reachable on an 800 m long dirt track. The house has few other apartments; the beach is situated just below – what an amazing position especially for people who, when on holiday, like to feel the sea at all times day and night. The area is wild of an unspoilt beauty – very romantic and very remote but actually close to Alghero and its bustling historic centre made of narrow winding, cobbled streets boasting lots of nice restaurant and build alongside the sea.

“Apartment nel Blu” is situated exactly 5 km south of Alghero on the way to the wild, romantic shores of Bosa. Bosa would be reachable from here by crossing a natural reserve of 60 km of unspoilt and inhabited country side covered with fragrant “Macchia” overlooking the sea.

The house was built in the 80's so it is a square building consisting of 7 independent dwellings of which this is the largest. The simplicity of the house is minimised by the striking natural setting of this place and the scenic landscapes. Large and welcoming and newly redecorated. The most amazing characteristic is the terrace with enchanting views. It is spacious and equipped with a large breakfast table chairs and sun loungers. The terrace is covered with the typical cane roof to create shade and a cool relaxing space outdoors.

What a wonderful place to relax or dine with such a spectacular sight!

For lovers of solitude especially in the low season this is the perfect place. The beach even in the high season will only be used by the residents.

The apartment has a very comfortable master bedroom stylish and very modern. The bedroom has a stereo and a telephone. There is also a room with bunk beds and a twin bedroom. There is a spacious new bathroom. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. It leads onto a narrow terrace.

The lounge can also be used as breakfast room as it boast a stylish glass table for 8 people. The interior decor is not especially sophisticated, but it is attractive and can create a comfortable relaxing ambiance. This is particularly highlighted by the fact that the sea seems to enter the apartment as it is so close!

The beach is situated to the left of the house and it is reachable through a set of narrow stairs – perfectly safe for older children or adults but it could be a problem for families of very young children of for people who are no longer young. The beach is a beautiful stretch of fine sand – very secluded and only reachable from the sea by boat or from the private road leading to the house. So it is really a private beach.

This special apartment is perfect for a couples or a group of friend or even families but with older children. For toddler this would be less suitable.
