Enveloped on three sides by a shady garden which is accessed directly via a staircase hidden amongst the vegetation, this comfortable, well-kept house enjoys plenty of privacy and it is set in a peaceful location, walking distance to sandy coves and further away but still walking distance long winding beaches with soft sand, amongst which the most famous is La Pelosa Beach.

Villetta Melograno is perfect for a large family or group of friends, it has four bedrooms, two double and two twin bedrooms. 2 bathrooms, one of which on the first floor and one on the lower ground floor.

On the ground floor there is a cozy living room with corner fireplace opening onto the beautiful terrace with table for outdoor dining and a private area to barbeque and outdoor kitchen, which will be really practical. Next to the living room also open plan is the kitchen area fully equipped with dishwasher and oven.

In the garden children can play safely (but younger ones will need all the same to be supervised) as the garden opens onto wood land. Right near the beach there is large swimming pool and beach bar for all guests residing in this area. This can be used by purchasing a club card ( €20 per person per week).

The house is located 5 km from the center of Stintino and the old picturesque harbor. The quaint village boasts some small exquisite restaurants and bars some directly by the sea, others with breathtaking views. Stintino has become has become a popular tourist destination for the barren beauty of its unblemished shores, the romantic landscapes and the sea of white sand bed and emerald water.

The area forms a peninsula, which to one side has white beaches and on the other cliffs of dark slate that skirting the sea create flat rocks, natural platforms to sunbathe. From Stintino one can access with ease the historic town of Alghero renowned for its picturesque old town, unique in Sardinia. The ancient citadel boasts medieval walls built alongside the sea and narrow streets of cobblestones and old sober Romanic churches built of sand stones and marble. The town of sea urchins and corals is 40 km from Stintino – it is reached via a very picturesque road alongside hills dotted with flocks of grazing sheep.

The airport of Alghero is only 40 km from the village of Stintino. It has many flights from all over and from the UK (Ryanair fly in the summer every day to Alghero from Stanstead).
