Manor Fare (hotel facilities included)
The Manor apartments, with their furnished terraces facing the gardens and the village, are perfect for those who want to feel at the centre of Poltu Quatu life, while still choosing a solution of private hospitality. The fare includes a light breakfast and the use of all the Hotel facilities.

Living Fare (just for self catering)
Overlooking the typical hill landscape of Sardinia or the inside of the village with its pleasant and quiet alleys, these apartments are the perfect solution for those who wish to experience Poltu Quatu in the quietness and discretion of its most beautiful corners. The fare only includes the room and does not include the use of the Hotel facilities (swimming pool, gym, beach and sauna).

There are different types of apartments to choose from:

• One bedroom apartments for two people
• 2 bedrooms apartments for up to 4 people
• a special Penthouse apartment with three bedrooms, four bathrooms and an amazing view of Poltu Quatu Marina. The Penthouse apartment is available only in Manor fare.

Accommodating an extra guest is possible by requesting apartments with sofa beds (a surcharge will be required). Both the Manor and Living fares include daily cleaning and linen change. Cleaning of the kitchenette is available upon request with the payment of a surcharge.
