Villa Carmen has one of the best positions in our collection. It has truly unique and extensive sea views and lots of outdoor space in which to enjoy them. There is nothing but Mediterranean macchia and large sculpted granite rocks between the villa and the sea, some 20 metres away.

The strikingly beautiful white sandy beach of Cala Banana with crystal clear turquoise waters is 4 minutes walk from the villa. There is a caf bar on the beach and you can hire pedalos, boats and parasols.

The villa is totally secluded and is one of a group of houses that have been built overlooking the sea in a stretch of completely unspoilt countryside hidden away from mainstream tourism. Its location is superb because it is just 10 minutes drive from Olbia and in the other direction it is easy to reach the Costa Smeralda. Many restaurants and bars are just a short drive. This secret corner of Sardinia embodies all the charm of this island!

The main part of the villa sleeps 4. The air-conditioned interiors are of a high standard and the owner has given many personal touches to the dcor. There is a well-lit living/dining room with sea views opening out onto the large terrace. A feature of the terrace is the large palm tree. As well as running all along the front of the villa, there is a large terrace at the side of the house with a huge beautifully tiled table for dining al fresco and a barbecue for cooking outdoors.

The second lounge has a comfy seating area in which to enjoy the widescreen Television with surround sound and the DVD player. There is also a CD player with amplifier and a good collection of CDs. The main double bedroom has a television, video and digital box. The second bedroom is smaller with a double sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower.

In this spacious villa there is also a large hall or atrium, almost a room in itself. The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and a washing machine. There is a path leading down from the terrace along through the rock gardens, with various pretty places with little benches to sit and admire the view. Children must be watched at edge of terrace as there is a no rail and there is a sharp drop down to path below.

The villa has a separate apartment in the attic with its own entrance which can be rented as a separate dwelling for two people or for a larger party of six when taken together with the main part of the villa. This part of the villa has simple interiors with a double bedroom, living room, bathroom and a huge solarium with stunning sea views.
