A charming beach house built by the seashore. Quaint and relaxing this beach cottage is so close to sea one can hear all day long the hypnotizing sound of the waves and the shrill squawk of seagulls.

Inside the house (90 m²): 2 double bedrooms (beds are 190 x 75), a mezzanine level with 2 single beds, kitchen area with cooking corner and fridge, Sat TV (Satellite Hot Bird), air conditioning, 2 bathrooms.

Outdoor the cool portico is fitted with breakfast table. This is a most relaxing corner facing the sea. One can spend endless summer’s days just enjoying the sea side atmosphere with its timeless beauty. The garden private to the house is ca. 300 mm².

The cottage’s Spartan style matches well the surrounding of this enchanting place. It is semi-detached yet there is a sense of privacy as it is tucked away where the beach skirts the typical Mediterranean vegetation of evergreen plants such as juniper myrtle, cork-tree, holm oak and agave. Such setting will please those who cannot resist the charm of such unspoiled nature!
