Villa Prestige, near Olbia, Sardinia

Built within a lush garden with exotic plants, flowers surrounding the private pool, the villa's garden boasts striking views of the sea and the white beach. The villa is built in an exclusive residential area with a few beautiful villas camouflaged within lush vegetation and gardens.
This is one of a few villas built in this area. Surrounding the villas are acres of unspoilt country side and white shores. The area has been protected for the last ten years by strong conservation laws therefore it is peaceful and still unspoilt.
Not too far from the villa, approximately 500 metres there are one or two restaurants, a scuba diving centre; also a tennis court is nearby. A 10 min drive away, in Puntaldia, there is a 9-hole golf course and built directly on the shore, two charming bars shaded by large white canopies. Here you can find also a few small boutiques. This place has a fine atmosphere about it.
A few other villages (Porto San Paolo, Budoni) can also be easily reached by car. This area boasts some of the most unspoilt and gorgeous beaches of Sardinia. Porto Taverna beach, Tahiti Beach – Cala Girgolu – all these are white stretches of fine sand bordering Mediterranean Vegetation and maritime pine woods.

The interiors:
The villa and the terrace have an area of 300 square metres, with the garden and the private grounds a total of 2000 square metres. The villa is fully air-conditioned.
A generous open plan living area, complete with corner fireplace, and separate dining area. Fully equipped modern kitchen. A kitchen for a chef! This is equipped with oven, large fridge freezer, and dishwasher. The villa has a separate laundry room.
On this floor, you find the master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom being a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Both these rooms have elegant furnishing, so as the ample living room which is airy and light. From the living room one can enjoy the view of the sea – The leaving room leads onto the terrace furnished to relax outdoors and this surrounds the pool. Young children would need supervision around this pool.
On Lower ground floor of the villa there is other four other bedrooms, all sharing three more additional bathrooms. Although the bedrooms on the lower ground are also very modern and comfortable, the style is simpler and the décor not as striking as these found on the ground floor.
Villa Prestige can be rented as an 8 or 12 person villa, making use of the 2 additional bedrooms on the lower ground floor, which actually create a small self contained apartment on its own merits, complete with small kitchen and bathroom. This extra 2 bedroom apartment has been originally designed for personnel such as a nanny or chef.
