This large semi-detached villa is set on two levels, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms complete with baths, a large independent garden of almost 1000 square metres. From the terrace on the front you can reach the spacious living room (complete with working fire place) a fully equipped kitchen; up the stairs on the first floor there is a second smaller more intimate congregation area complete with fire place. The Villa has private driveway, with 2 covered car parking spaces out of view.

The magic of Villa Mistral is that it is contained within a private residence characterised by Mediterranean style pine woods. Access to the complex is reserved solely for property owners during holidays. Within this area there is a unique micro-climate which allows for an extended holiday season (ideal for beach lovers).

This coast offers some of best beaches you will find anywhere, white looming sandy beaches touching clean, clear intoxicating crystal clear emerald water from, as if taken from a postcard. Renowned surfer’s beaches for those who surf also within close proximity of the area. The complex has its own private beach (400 m from villa) reserved for residents complete with kiosk for ice-creams, snacks and cold drinks.

There are also sports facilities for those who desire, including: Tennis, basketball, volleyball, and soccer (all within the fully equipped sports centre) If you like golf, an immaculate golf-course, one of the most famous in all of Italy is but a short drive, set on a hill with immaculate views.
